I've had these songs for awhile. The plan was to re-record them with more parts, but this Saturday feels like the right time for iPhone demos to make their way to the internet. I also just couldn't stand not doing anything with them; too much emotional energy in one place.

Anyway, these are from my time in Holland after college, living at the Old Bird, the pandemic, and moving back into my parents' house. I just moved out and it feels like a good reason to put a timestamp on this music.

I hope the imperfections of the recordings give this project a sense of intimacy and don't detract too much from your enjoyment... I hope they maybe even enhance it. I really like that idea in this glossy cracked-over age.

(For the nerds: yes, I converted m4a files [recorded on an iPhone 5] to wav in order to upload them to Bandcamp and I Do Not Give A Shit.)
